So I decided start the new year off with a brand new blog, since my last one was so neglected by all the other work in my life that it was in such a puny state. One of my unwritten new year' resolutions (as writing them down in a list will pretty much assure their failure) has to do with taking more time for personal projects rather than losing months and years working. While the work I do for others is my main bread-and-butter (and I appreciate it immensely), I have put a lot of my own projects and musings on the back burner for so long that I would guess they are now probably burnt. So it is a new year and a new blog time to hold our noses and close our eyes and jump in the deep end and (gulp) hope for the best.
Happy new year every one and best wishes on your own well-intentioned resolutions!

i completely relate to being more dedicated to personal projects -- it's my resolution every month!
brilliant idea!!!
i can very much relate and will support you in every way possible. you work far to much enhancing other's creativity and end up neglecting your own in the process. this will be a good year!
I know if you stay with your plan, this year will be a good one and you will make beautiful contributions. Don't stop writing it down, it really does help.
